Branding + Website
We worked with Petar Perisic, a very good friend that we lost too early, and his team at Perisic Design Studio to develop the brand identity for 5×5 Lofts, a unique condominium complex in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego.
The 5 units in the development all have street presence with most having living space on all 4 floors. Each of the units were presented as one fifth of the whole and floor plans for each unit were included with features + square footage.
3-dimensional renderings of each unit were used in the brochure and an animation of the entire project was presented at the website. The custom typography created as part of the brand was also used to fabricate street address numbers for the project.
